Raffle set-up

2 ticket colors.
color A for all registered players
color B for all pre-registered players

Pre-regs will get an exclusive first chance at the raffle table. (Possibly one marker and one other item (2 draws) depending on total raffle table amount and pre-reg amount.

After the "exclusive" drawing, all remaining tickets will be combined which means all of the pre-registered players will have 2 tickets in the drawing if they didn't win anything in the exclusive drawing.
No extra tickets will be sold at event. One registration = one ticket / Pre-reg = one extra
